Shipping & Delivery Policy

Padhlona is a fully online educational platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is sent by post or courier.

Delivery of Digital Access

When you purchase a subscription, access to the paid features (previous year questions, current affairs, bookmarks and related tools) is activated on your registered account automatically after payment is confirmed. In most cases this happens immediately.

If Access Isn't Activated

If your payment was successful but your subscription is not active within 24 hours, please email padhlona@gmail.com or call +91 9461006339 with your registered email and transaction ID. We will resolve it or refund the amount, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
