These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Padhlona website, mobile experience and related services (the "Service"). Padhlona is a digital educational platform owned and operated by Madhubala Agrawal ("Padhlona", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

Certain features of the Service (such as premium question banks, current affairs or daily challenges) are offered on a paid subscription basis. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partners; we do not store your full card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription fees are refundable only in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 7-day refund window after purchase. Outside of those circumstances, fees are non-refundable. You may also contact us via Contact Us page to request a cancellation or raise a billing concern; we review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, redistribute or resell any content from the Service without permission; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or (d) use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden or impair it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, current affairs summaries, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Padhlona and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal exam preparation only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or that it will result in any particular exam outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padhlona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via Contact Us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bharatpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
